The Story of Pet Pack
My name is Gail and in 2020 Pet Pack was born out of a very simple idea - provide the highest level of support and care to animal lovers and their four-legged companions.

Motivated by a passion for dogs and a deep understanding of quality pet care, I formed Pet Pack in 2020 after leaving a long career in Facilities Management.

With experience of managing large staff teams and multiple services across many sites, I wanted to bring a organised and professional approach to dog boarding and create a welcoming and fun atmosphere in a well run, clean, and fully insured and licenced home.
I am a qualified Search and Rescue Dog Handler, having started volunteering in 2018, and own a trainee Search Dog (and family pet!) Missy, a very sociable five year old LabxRottweiler. We are fully DBS checked, hold qualifications in K9 first aid, are fully insured and licensed by Lewisham Council.

In 2021 I completed a City and Guilds award in professional grooming and have created a grooming studio at home, check out our Instagram for some great before and after pics!

In April 2022 Pet Pack has expanded to also offer home dog visits, dog sitting in your home and additional walking and grooming appointments. These are offered by Daisy, an experienced walker and groomer!

All services take place in in my home in a loving environment, with no more than four dogs at a time.
